Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. For weekend events, we recommend finalising details during the week so baking and decorating can be scheduled with care.

When you contact us, please include your event date, approximate guest count, preferred flavours, colour inspiration and whether you need delivery or pickup. If you have reference images, attach them or note that you will follow up by email. Clear details help us quote accurately and protect your preferred date — especially during peak wedding and holiday seasons.

Quick answers before you order

How far in advance should I order?

Order at least 3–5 days ahead for standard cakes and 2–3 weeks for wedding or large custom designs. Call +61 416 031 033 to check last-minute availability.

Do you offer delivery in Hobart?

Yes — Hobart-area delivery is available subject to schedule and distance. Pickup from 380 Cambridge Road, Mornington Hobart is also welcome. Fees and timing are confirmed at checkout or by email.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Tell us in special instructions or when you email enquiries@co-create.com.au. We can often adapt recipes; please note our kitchen is not a dedicated allergen-free facility.

What are your studio hours?

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Weekend celebrations are fulfilled by arrangement made during weekday hours.

Planning support for birthdays, weddings and dessert tables

Not every enquiry needs a finished design on day one. Many customers start with a conversation: How many guests? Indoor or outdoor venue? Buttercream or ganache? Fresh flowers or a gold script topper? We help you answer those questions with calm, practical recommendations so the cake feels intentional rather than rushed. If you already have a Pinterest board or Instagram save list, send it through — we love translating inspiration into something bakeable, structural and beautiful.

Corporate and community events are welcome too. We can prepare branded colour accents, dessert grazing for launches, and celebration cakes for milestones. For recurring orders, email us to discuss scheduling and flavour favourites so future celebrations are even easier.
